Attending Friday's Shareholder's meeting

There are only two ways for you to participate in the shareholder meeting:

1. In-Person Voting: You may go to the meeting in person and vote your shares. The meeting will be held at 10 am, Pacific Time, at Red Rock Casino Resort Spa located at 11011 W. Charleston, Las Vegas, NV, 89135

2. Attending over the telephone: According to the plaintiffs’ Notice of Annual Meeting sent out in early September, shareholders will be able to listen live by phone or video broadcast to the annual meeting. If you are listening on the phone you should be able to participate (though there is no guarantee of that).

If you decide to call in to participate by telephone, we have set up a conference call facility with a large number of lines. Please try it first to ensure that you have full two-way access. Dial in a half-hour early at 9:30 am Pacific time.

Please be aware that our system is not yet coordinated with Redrock Casino, where the meeting is being held. If you call in and it’s not working, Milverton Capital will post dial-in numbers for their conference system at www.g8et.net before the meeting. (That website is not affiliated with Global 8 Environmental Technologies, Inc. and was created without the company’s knowledge.) The number of lines they are providing is limited, will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and may not allow for participation in the meeting.

If you know other shareholders and they live nearby you might be able to meet in one place or conference them in. This would allow several people to share one telephone line, thereby freeing up lines for others.
