I have never trashed the Altus report itself (false), I have stated it is merely a pro forma report based on the inputs and parameters dictated by Jeff and is not an appraisal. All that information is layed out in Altus's letter attached to the report. Note the report has already been removed by the SEC from the company website.

I never said the 28.75 acre was part of the Sage Ranch development but I did question why it is listed as the assets of Sage Ranch within the financial/MD&A documents for both GRB and PWR. And I still ask the question -
Why is a stated asset of Greenbriar being moved around amongst all these people?

Again the manipulation of words in the context of the following, "A 28.75 acre property across the street from Sage Ranch that the City would never entitle and never permit as part of Sage Ranch, ever.".
That is 100% accurate in that it will never be part of Sage Ranch but it will certainly be developed under another application. Spin,spin spin.

And now I'll ask the question again -
Why a piece of land that belongs to Greenbriar has been transferred between Ronnie Strasser, Heidi Ciachurski, Jeff Ciachurski and now Paul Morris?
Selling prices are not relevent to the question.

Has Paul Morris purchased a worthless piece of land?
Absolutely not.
Keep in mind the purchase of water agreements by both Ronnie Straqsser and Paul Morris were not required for Sage Ranch. The required acres of water (and more) have already been committed to the City for the Sage Ranch Project. There is still the City's proviso that if when the time comes to provide these acres of water (currently just a letter), if the water is not available the developer/builder can merely pay for the water required.
As for the largest landowner comment remember a ton of this land are remanants of Western Wind (Aero Energy), Captiva Verde Land Corp. debacle and personal speculative buys.

"Well, according to Shneps, Jeff is a crook, moron, thief, liar, criminal, etc."
This has never been said is merely narcissistic gaslighting and doesn't deserve a response.
