Investor Relations Miss?

I don't understand why this company submits an 8-k disclosing they are free of toxic convertible debt, and they don't do a press release.  They did a press release for every other alost deal, but this one they forget about. Love the volume recently. Possibly a breakout?

Definitely cautiously optimistic.  No assets or cash flow to speak of.
