Gone?

I owned SVM for some years now and it has been one of my best stocks. I unloaded it all around $6 Bucks. The "China risk factor" started concerning me. It is interesting to me that GUY would prefer SVM to the 3 way deal. 
At the least, the offer put Sandspring on the radar screen and the press can't but help the project.
