Word to the wise (and I am talking to Gran Colombia here):  you let Aurora slip from between your fingers whilst you napped.  The baseline bid at 0.5 share of GCG per GoldX share has been set.  We now want at least 0.6.  If you nap, you will lose Toroparu also. Of course, they could increase their % holdings to 30 % and more or less insulate themselves against any takeover

i think you are completly wrong.. GCM will not tak over Gold X ..  Martysek and Friedland wiill sell this company to the chinese... this is why Friedland is here....    Friedland is a big bonus and games are ON now....

As a GCM holder I'd be fine with Chinese taking this over... nice pay day. Just like Guy shares

I don't think GCG is too small for GLDX, just that their previous offer was a tad too light. GCG would need to drop about 10mm USD to bump their ownership % to a point where they can prevent any takeovers.  Me personally, I would much prefer being bought out by a major in a share deal than to have to mess around with $$ and the tax liabilities involved. Cash is for dividends
