Sorry the proxy came out end of December.  Meeting in Tuesday, January 29 - going from memory.  You can go to the meeting to talk to management in person.  I need to vote before then.

There is always a summary of the AGM.  If I find it posted I will share it. I preach patience to those out there unless you have something better.  November was a month of transformation for GLK and like uncleron said, to be rewarded it pays to be patient.  Management counts for much and I like GLK's management.  However if management doesn't deliver then you have to
