Possible News Release Dates

Does anyone think that news releases will be planned after the hold period ends for the shares issues to OGL (mid-October)? I pasted the statement below. 

”As part of the settlement, GLK has agreed to issue to OGL seven (7) million common shares in the capital of GLK, which shares to subject to a hold period of no greater than four (4) months and one day”


Also, I have a screen shot of February slide show that shows there were 9 months left until the qualification process for a battery company was completed (November 2018). 

Based on the the above two things, I wouldn’t expect news until late October - early November....?

I wouldn't expect the first thing to make the news, but I would watch out for share dumping in October, or see it as a good sign if there is no such dumping. The second thing sounds like it would be newsworthy.

If they are smart and not petty( OGL) they will hold their shares until it get much higher and then slowly sell off...with 7 mil shares if they dump they wont get much money because the SP will fall too quickly considering where it is now. Their objective should be to make as much money as possible...unless they are desperate and then alls off the table with desperate people.... Just my 2 cents

That nakes sense... i just figuree maybe GLK would try to delay news so that OGL would get impatient and dump their shares....ans therefore not making much money.

I think if OLG needed cash they wouldn't have taken so many shares. They took the shares because they probably had more knowledge of what is in the works for GLK going forward. OLG will also want the SP to rise before they start to sell any shares. I'm sure they would be very happy with a SP over $0.50 . They would not be so dumb to flood the market & crash the SP. Product acceptance
