Settlement with OGL

The deal closes somewhere this week or next : 

"As part of the settlement, GLK has agreed to issue to OGL seven (7) million common shares in the capital of GLK, which shares to subject to a hold period of no greater than four (4) months and one day. The issuance of shares are subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. In addition, all legal actions between OGL, GLK, Michael Coscia and Jerry Janik, will be dismissed."

Everyone must be waiting for expected good news . I'm sure that OLG will hold their shares till they are more valuable. Why flood the market and lower the value of their 7 million shares ? For OLG to take this many shares shows confidence in Novocarbon"s future business prospects, of which OLG must have had insider knowledge that made them satisified . All we investors can do now is wait

Somethings going on  no news no twitter post I think the next news is going to be dramatic plant ready for production etc almost 2 million shares traded so far today

Dumping ? Someone bought those shares , why ? There is always something going on here. Just when the naysayers are crying the blues up pops good news. This company has made great strides to become a supplier to the N American graphite user market. Not to forget the recent trip to Japan by Paul , and the talks with the biggest N American lead acid battery manufacturer. Something is always going on.

When someone sell his/her shares below bid/ask it means dumping, which is actually the case here.

This is definitely a dump, the reason why is unknown.  Could be because they found another stock to invest in or they gave up.  Silence can be seen differently - we'll find out soon I hope...
