Shares transfer

So Monday, if for example I have 100,000 shares of GLK.V, will I then have the same
number of shares on the NEX? Is that how it works?
What is the NEX anyway? Is that Vancouver? Or is that OTC?
This is certainly confusing although I do like the Company and hope it can continue moving forward..

You will have the same number of shares but under the ticker symbol nex.h. It is an over the counter market for companies with no operating business. It is still suspended from trading. I hope this helps.
