I've reviewed the activity in GVIC Communications Corp.2018-559(IT)G. This appeal was filed with the Tax Court of Canada in 2018.
Under the general procedure, parties normally follow a timetable that they establish together. The parties recently filed amended pleadings and are moving forward with the various pre-trial steps.
