Glentel Business Centres

Here is the latest news.

https://www.stockhouse.com/news/canadianreleasesdetail.aspx?n=8699325

After selling the tower infrastructure, Glentel appears to move to joint venture projects with major manufacturers like Motorola from USA and TAIT from Australlia. These companies need local presence and manpower to install, service and maintain their systems designed, contracted and won by them. Glentel is a subcontractor to implement Motorola and TAIT designed projects. I am not sure about the magins since major companies try to maximise their profit margins and leave only labor portion to subcontractors because of cold weather conditions and 24x7x365 maintenance requirements of first transponders systems. Please note that I am not under estimating the multimillion dollar projects, and it will keep Business centres busy in Eastern and Western Canada. My main concern is with hugh acquisitions in Retail and Business centre projects where is the money going to come from? Are they chewing too much? Are they taking on loans or issuing more shares? Knowing Skidmore's are smart with their financial management, I am sure they must have some kind of plans. How it will affect dividents and earnings, year 2013's few quarters will be interesting to watch.
