GeoPark dilutes shareholders at undervalued price????

GeoPark dilutes shareholders at undervalued price????GeoPark turns down Parex's offer of $9 claiming it's undervalued, and has a poison pill in place to basically prevent anyone from aquiring  significant amount of shares.    

Then it dilutes shareholders at near 10 year share price lows at $8.31 a share !!!
