Phase 3

I'm tired of the drama-filled threads. In all honesty, what are you dudes and dudettes legitimately thinking for when the next NR will be on Aphria's GMP inspection? I'm don't subscribe to pumping or dumping so if you feel like what you're about to say is negative who cares...what's your opinion right now with where we're at?

Response from Anne-sophie....who I think is doing a great job ....is as follows "Regarding your question on phase 3, the GMP certification process lead by Health Canada is following its course. There was a slight delay in the beginning of the audit (GMP inspection) by Health Canada due to the holiday period. But the process is going well. I cannot certify how and when Health Canada is going ...more

No probs ! She then followed up by saying .... "We are working on continuing building the Tetra BP story and the first DIN for a smokable cannabis to be expected in Canada.   We already had a big news with the approval of phase 1 for PPP005 (cannabis oils) this week. And we are expecting some more if all goes as planned in the next couple of weeks. " So....there ya have it ;)

I just read news on Mari tew days ago it said they will have a Health Canada inspection soon and that they should have thair GMP certificate sometime in Februarry . I could find nothing like that on Apria and this certificate is  something Aphria needs to suply TBP   ...more

I think the phase 3 announcement could be any day now. Aphria is a solid company and they should have no issue getting their GMP. TBP is just following the motions that Health Canada has walked them through to ensure a DIN# is successful. But, even if its not within the next week, the main thing is that TBP has a lot going for it and nothing negative at the moment. If they are able to complete ...more

Since the news release was Dec. 9 2017, stating it could potentially add 30 days to the approval process, I believe it would be 30 business days. Including X-mas break and weekends, my opinion is that adds an additiional 23 or so days to the 30 day potential mentioned in the news update. That would bring the total to 53 or so.days. Dec.9 + 53 days = Jan 30th max JMO
