They haven’t been acquired yet but how do you knwonthey haven’t had offers ? Call the company and ask regarding rancourts stock  That’s what I did and then verified with echelon it’s common practice with bought deals  trust me I am not happy with the performance of the stock but your still a loser basher who adds nothing
