I just re-read the news, and I hope I don't upset folks with this post, it says, that shares bought on the tsx-v exchange will get the free NB shares, that tells me that those shares bought on the other platforms (darkmarket) wont get the free shares, that equates to millions of shares, will those shares get dumped driving the SP down tues/weds? I know when I buy or sell TBP, I have no control

Where does it say darkmarket? You are full of it. They mean for the TBPMF ticker on the U.S. exchange. You must believe conspiracy theories.

I do not believe that the reference to the tsx excludes other Canadian  exchanges  for example if you own shares from when TBP was on the CSE those will still qualify  I believe the intent was to state that OTC share holders will be subject to holdbacks etc as the dividend is a taxabke event so Rev Cans rules apply .

Firstly, The majority of shares purchased are always through the Venture exchange, that shoes clearly on my platform, secondly if you’re worried about the ppl who bought on other exchanges dumping then that would be assuming that the only reason they’ve been buying is for free North Bud shares which I think we can all conclude is primarily false. first let me say again, I am long and strong on TBP, secondly you folks have to go look at the numbers on stockwatch.com, I am not referring to the American markets, on stockwatch you can see numbers for the last 3 months, opens, closes and the other trading platforms, if you are trading stocks and not watching these numbers then you should give your head a shake, you do not have to sign up or pay
