SEC filing alert: registration for sale...Looks like Delek jumping ship. Putting there 238 million shares up for sale. Also another holder of about 100 mil up for sale(YA). So doesn't look good for now. Was looking forward to some drilling, now they need another partner quick. Oh well that's how the ball bounces. Good luck to all.
