He still has every share and warrant he bought when he did the PP @ $ 1.45 McEwan Mining is the seller of it's stock that it also bought @ $ 1.45 McEwan Mining is broke so Rob McEwan had three options, He either funded McEwan Mining himself or he arranged a PP into McEwan Mining which would have been highly dilutive to his ownership in McEwan Mining or he could allow McEwan Mining to sell it& ...more

He sold his personal position in RMX but it's a differant situation entirely and you know that.
