Why can't inferred resources be calculated instantaineously?
I'm an engineer but not of the geo-tech kind. Can anyone explain to me what prevents an inferred resources calculation to be run as drilling results come back from the lab? With all the computing power we have these days, I would have thought this could happen almost instantaneously.
Thanks.

They could, as long as they don’t release results to public. Any resource calculation (formal) needs to be NI-43-101 compliant.

Inferred resource must be estimated based on 50 meter center or less drill holes. So, how many holes does GBR have to drill to fully delineate an inferred resource? 200? 400? more? Depends on the areal extent of the deposit right? Also depends on the continuity of the minerization right? Not so simple.

I'm assuming 50m is the max 43-101 allowed spacing, but nearly an adjustable parameter in the resource modeling software. Anyone know where I can get bootleg modeling software or spreadsheet?

T, You’d need to know the density of the ore/mineralized zones to calculate any resource.
