Great Bear Shareholders Approve Acquisition By Kinross Gold

It’s official. Great Bear Resources is set to be acquired by Kinross Gold Corp. The previously announced merger has formally been accepted by the shareholders of Great Bear, enabling the transaction to proceed.

Yeah, it has been a nice ride. I hoped for a higher bid, but happy to make some good bucks. Gonna hold GBRR and maybe some K for so long run. GLTA

Will all shareholders receive the contingent value rights, regardless of whether they choose to get cash or Kinross shares?
