Heritage Cannabis Sees Sharples Step Down As CEO, Appointed

Heritage Cannabis has seen a management shakeup occur this morning. The company has seen the resignation of directors from the firms board, as well as the departure of Clint Sharples as the firms Chief Executive Officer.

MrJimI.ahey, A lot of this car crash was orchstrated by Clint and his team because they really didn't want they were doing.  What is the sense of buying these companies with shares and then most of them showing little or no revenue.  If Clint didn't acquire P5 there would be little or revenues to speak of in the last quarter and the losses would keep mounting.  Remember he ...more

"New CEO with his experience"....you must be kidding me. In context he has zero experience, nevermind turning around and rebuilding a pubco. Glorified Aurora Operator (at best, and questionable) to CEO of a pubco with very little to no experience in-between. P5 oh please spare me the pump....What a joke, this has been and continues to be a race to the bottom.

MisterPut, Clint knew how to run companies outside of the stock market.  He didn't seem to have any connections with the market as well as his team.  I bought some of my stock at .54 cents a share and it went down hill from there.  What is the sense of acquiring all these companies with shares now it looks like we may have to do a R/S .   Aleast P/5 is generating ...more

I hope the new CEO can turn this company around.  Under Clint iit was a fiasco jumping from one company to another showing little or no results.  Like one of the invetsors said 20 or news releases and the stock is trading at .09 cents a share.
