Tempting, (June/July bounce?) but maybe not, even with playing around money. Maybe the $4s would convince. Still folded, still collecting 4.9%. Boring. Dangerous to get bored for certain personality types. The only wild card surprise would be if the Montana property suddenly becomes viable, is worth as much as has been speculated, and the market responds positively. >>> >>>

Maybe the $4s would convince. :)  That's sorrt of what I'm thinking. Still folded, still collecting 4.9%. Boring. :)  Yup...  Real Estate is a better bet and quicker. helps with the boring too. :)  lol No notes about the vesting period policy. :( Interesting also that HL sells at about 5x market cap to sales but Barrick and Newmont sell at 2.5 to 3. Coeur sells
