Here Comes the SUN

Here Comes the SUN
If you haven't had a chance, check out Sun Hydraulics. Very Well managed Small Cap on the NASDAQ. Revenue and Earnings Growth in the 20% range over the past few years. $27 Million in Cash with no Debt. Shareholder Equity has grown from $35 million in 2003 to $91 million in 2007. Oh by the way they have paid a Quarterly dividend for a number of years now, virtually unheard of in the small cap/Growth segment.

Niche product that is gaining acceptance and finding it's way into new designs. Sun has Worldwide demand and presence. Only  16 million shares outstanding with 44% institutional following. Off of it's high of $42 after the Q2 Conference call. Q2 numbers were solid as a rock Revenue up 19% and EPS of $0.54/share was a 48% increase YOY. Guidance of 9% revenue increase for Q3 YOY had the momentum guys headed for the doors.

Sun may represent a solid entry point at current levels of $33.

This is a well managed $200 million company. Look for Good things from Sun.

As always - this is only a starting point for your own Due Diligence.
