I don't understand why management does't better explain or at least off a rationale for the proposed stock consolidation. \they seeming have good property, good resources, good partners, everything but good communication. \if the goal is make it a tightly held company through a coming phase of development and to potential stave off a take over bid I could understand. What is your reason for voting against. Your voting against yourself or better put your money. Exp. Canadian shield went with the consolidation about the same float and we came out of it very good. So be careful what you wish for.

My reason is that the company has not offered any communication regarding the rationale or potential benefits of the consolidation. I just received my package today regarding the AGM and voting issues. A mere 16 days before the meeting. Company IR dept shows contempt for shareholder inquiries as per message on answering mahine. All in all feels like something is getting ramrodded though allowing ...more

 I also have recieved a Proxy Circular today . Most people vote over the internet these days but even if you mail in the self addressed envelope there is still plenty of time . You will not get a proxy if you are not the registered shareholder. If for example your shares are held in say a Royal Bank RRSP.  At any rate the circular states that with 180 million shares outstanding  it ...more
