new buyer today

I bought Hyperion today after reviewing the Bryan Mills Iradesso report for Q3.  Hyperion had decent cashflow at .04 but that is set to explode once they complete a full qtr at 1500boepd and 67% oil.  I guesstimate .12 cashflow for a full qtr at 1500boepd.  Oil % should continue to improve towards 70% as they pursue Cardium prospects.

At .12 cashflow, the stock is selling for a fwd price to cashflow ratio of less than 2!

Can they keep it up?

They seem to have enough drill sites(50+) to keep up with the decline ratios of their Cardium wells and they should get a nice boost to the bank line so they should be able to mount a good drill program in 2012.

We will have to wait several more months to see those financial reports but I think the company will be proactive thru their 2012 capex announcement at informing the markets about their progress.

The latest presentation is very clear that the company is undervalued from several financial ratios.

Nice to see you on board. You were in on Zapata pre reverse takeover? Or am I mistaken? They spud a Cardium well at Garrington over the weekend. I agree very cheap, very under the radar pick. With patience they should be able to grow internally without having to hit the debt too hard. Once they release guidance and well results I expect their will be a pop and hopefully they can build off it.
