I have been buying as the stock price has been going down. It was a surprise to see it drop this much. It is at times like these that you can take advantage of the short term panic. I would have thought that with the states moving forward on a part of the pipeline, it would be good news for the oil industry in the interior because we can move the oil out to where the market is.
