probably lawyers on both sides now trying to either push or stop.termination fee is big(considering) so the fine print is being read. snooze you lose.this company should have gone 2-3 years ago but ego.......... price offered for equity is fair-debt another animal and most likely requires more capital to meet various covenants.banks are not in the mood and try to sell your shareholders on buying
