I faxed my "pledged no" letter to ccharlwood back when I first got it. I'm not sure why it does not show on your list NC. If it did not go thru I can fax it again...I still have 36K (big money for me) and I put on my sheet that I would sell for a buck fifty. I'm sure I can speak for alot of small investors that I really appreciate the large amount work a small percentage of you

Hi NC:Please record "Yes" for me for both Voted and Pledged and raise my minimum to $3.00. To me the market is clearly indicating that Severstal/Lybica's offer is going to be shot down in flames. No surprise there. I would also not be surprised to see the pilot, a bear no doubt, parachute out with a badly burned tail. Guess Canadian shareholders are more sophisticated than
