If you rejected the old offer, do you have to reject the new offer?

As long as you have sent your letter in to me with your tender price, you do not have to reject new offer again. Severstal knows that you don't want to tender until much higher. They have received 650 letters from you (via me) stating that your average tender price is $1.44.

The shareholder relations company called the other day to try and promote the 30 cent offer and I told them that 30 cents wasn't nearly enough. They asked me what would be enough and I said that based on the current assets $1.50 would get my attention although the company is likely worth double that.BBB

Out of interest, anyone that has received a call from Kingsdale (hired by Severstal to get people to tender) in the last week, have they still said there is a chance of de-listing? It would be interesting if they have stopped doing this on their calls. The most recent press release was the first to not mention de-listing.
