It's official! This announcement came out a few hours after I sent my previous communication. Severstal/Nord Gold is referencing the Prognoz asset as if it will be retained in the portfolio - a positive sign.

In my opinion in can't double.I think one should calculate with 840 million shares and also that IPO is worth at most 4 billion $.40% HRG = 1.6 billion840 million shares ==>   1.9 CAD would be my best guess as valueperhaps +0.30 CAD for Prognoz?make it 2.20 CAD at bestmy guess is this oneNord gold will receive about 240 million from the IPO.They will use this cash (and some

Should we not use only Severstal's share (600M) for HRG value calculation? After all the value of Nord Gold ($5B) is including their share only.

no sure, but I would think to use all outstanding shares.Hope you are right though!I see this one going to 1.75-2.20 CAD by the 7th of FebLot's of people will be piling in tomorrow because they are at work and haven't read the news!
