lurking and ready to short soon.This ipo is likely to fail IMO, and then shares of HRG will fall once again.Who will buy Nordgold when Severstal will continue to hold 75%. Arent these the same guys that tried to screw us time in and time out? They have a history in HRG of screwing in a majority held company and that is what Nordgold will be.Valuations are way too rich at 4 bil and they will ...more

unfortunately he only writes the positives. Doesnt mention that by the time Bisa is ramped the old Russian mines or 140k prod will be a thing of the past.  I think Severstal will fail in this IPO. The gold crowd is not foolish, and being a minority in a Severstal company has a lot of public, nasty history. I am looking to short at above 1.40, may the chips fall where they fall. ...more

   I compare Pronoz with Barrick/Nova's Donlin creek deposit. NG has very little Au production but owns 50% of one of the largest untapped Au deposits in the world. Look at NG SP, this is with no infrastructure, 3 feasibility studies and still uncertain what cost/ timeframe they are dealing with. Even with these unknowns SP has continued upward. Hey Proud, please do not lose sight of the fact that Mordashov needs the CA$H from all his buying sprees and he has to pay back some large coin.  He has also picked his "team" and is moving forward.  Can't say I like their business style too much. However Severstal "has" to make this work.  Why else would Severstal/HRG have "greased" the skids ...more
