Can anyone explain this


I've been around the block, followed and invested in many stocks but can't understand or explain CIBC trading on this stock.  Am I to assume they are a market maker?

I have followed/invested in HRG since 2006.  This trading pattern showed up around the sametime as Morgan Stanley did.  Can anyone provide insight?  Look at the LII's and help me rationalize/

good question, I've noticed CIBC doing the same thing on another stock I own (CUU), they been trading that stock in the same fashion from $1 to $1.50 and seem to be accumulating along the way.  Been in HRG since 0.12 and there's always so many other factors to rationalize the stock price?
