POLL - Who wants to Class Action Nord?

Just a POLL, but if you had to, would you participate in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST NORD AND SEVERSTAL?
Just to remind you, Nord and Severstal have held back information from you such as drill results and has borrowed money to finance there own purchase of shares with unreleased data which shows the true potential of HRG's land assets.  So they borrowed the money from HRG, and then turned around and bought shares with our own money with insider unreleased information!
Are you willing to participate in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against these actions?

yes, I am just puzzled why one had not been announced yet....as I mentioned a few weeks ago, why are the institutional holders doing nothing?

It's hard to get that information. I have tried contacting a lot of the institutional holders but they aren't willing to talk about their positions. Sprott told me to watch BNN the next time one of their fund managers are on.I think we would need someone that has a closer relationship to the institutional holders to actually get an answer out of them.

I absolutely believe the only way for the minority shareholders to receive acceptable value for their shares will be through a long and painful class action.

There are many who follow HRG looking for a momentum tradebut even fewer willing to commit to a longer term holding patternTalk of a class action will drive the price lower and probably make "the russians"  happier (not to mention how many more years this could take to settle)Didn't they disclose something about the possibility of legal actions by the minority in ...more

You have to detail how "a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST NORD AND SEVERSTAL" works. It is impossible to get responses when asking people doing what they don't know. ***** Knowing that a lot is afraid of losing SP because of a lawsuit, Severstal continues ignoring our complaints and doing whatever they want for their interests. ***** It seems the Canadian regulators do not care ...more

I have to agree. Any talk of class action lawsuit is only going to have a negative effect on HRG sp. If Severstal ever manages to steal this from us at a suppressed sp we could then seek litigation as the Norwegians did when Mordy stole Crew Gold.I think if we don't see any increase after Nord Gold goes public, we should collectively agree to put our shares on the market at the same time at ...more

"I think if we don't see any increase after Nord Gold goes public, we should collectively agree to put our shares on the market at the same time at whatever we think is a fair sp. Say $4? That could just spark some real interest in the stock"Talk of class action is negative for the share price?  How much worse could it be than the present?I have a quote from you above, ...more

Absolutely! It is about time.  I will absolutely participate and can't wait to see this go forward.  For those of you that think this will hang over HRG.  Consider where we are now.  We're sitting here with a cloud over our head getting screwed watching our share price dither while HRG reaps huge profits and likely having great drilling results, only to have Severstal ...more

I agree. If i just put my shares up at $4 i don't think anyone would take notice. I am talking about a collective group of us putting millions of shares up with in a day or two. I think the only way this would happen would be if some of the institutional investors like Sprott were on board.   Its hard to imagine the share price taking any more of a hit than it already has but i can see ...more
