AGM hush

Silly stuff going on right now with BS offer , but wondering if anyone heard ANYTHING about the AGM, Really , I didn't even get any info re the AGM . I know it was on 16th , but has there been any info NOT. Sorry to bug you Chris C, but whats your take on this offer from Nord , If you have a minute please . Thanks in advance
