0.285 ratio for share swap - now a joke!

the "offer" for a 0.285 ratio share swap (or even a 0.333 offer as claimed by some shareholders) is now obsolete, definetely, when regarding SP of NORD. currently you would get just 1.18 CAD for one HRG share!. what a joke!

Mordy you can have my shares but make a respectful offer (3.50$).
