NORDGOLD SHILL OFER!!!! OUTRAGEOUS
What a lousy offer, NO THANKS MORDY. This is a stalking gambit, next move is to have the HRG independent (HAHAHAHAHA) BOD members reject the offer (makes them look like they are doing their jobs). Just look at how NORD trades, NO TRADES for the past 3 days on NORDGOLD! NORD will most probably have TAKEN aother $40 million in cash, so call it a cool $200 million robbery. Then NORD wants to start paying out 25-30% of net profits as a dividend. Nice work MORDY, make your companies so awful that flies would turn up their noses at your company. Get the lawyers warmed up there boys!
