It bugged me all afternoon, something is wrong.  Why/how does Nordgold have access to information HRG paid for?  Just for starters, on July 18, "..receive MAXIUMUM VALUE..."  So based on the BS offer, the floor should be $1.80 and we go up from there.  I can see a lawsuit EASY!

The Special Committee is comprised of Alexey Khudyakov (Chair), Andrew Matthews and Karl Glackmeyer. The Special Committee intends to ensure the shareholders of the Company receive the maximum value for their Common Shares and will advise shareholders of its progress in that regard, as appropriate. High River advises shareholders not to take any action with respect to the Offer until they have received further communication from the board of directors of the Company.
