New on sedar

Go to Sedar and search for new documents for High River Gold and you will find all of the minority share holders who signed the agreement with Nordgold.

There were a total of 14 different agreements that were signed.  Some of the signatories had one or more contract.  Most of those who signed seemed to be from offshore companies with European names.  Many of the names/signatures are undiscernible.

For instance Alexey Golubovich signed for Arabat Captial from Tortola, BVI.  This agreement is for 9.8 million shares.

IF someone has lots of time, it would be great to come up with a list of these people and the number of their shares.  Even better would be to contact these individuals and ask them why they agreed to the offer.

Thanks discern1. Without being too paranoïd, it is conceivable that deals have been reached behind closed doors as payback for 'services rendered'.  There were no really good reasons for tendering shares in advance, even less so now considering the value of NORD.  So there must be other 'motives'. 1) In the case of Baker Steel and Yellowstone, as a potential ...more
