As seen on mining.com , Vale says they won't ramp up production till September . Could this help Harte advance mine using some of this idle workforce?

I'm getting word Vale has told workers to get back to work by a certain time to remain employees. Just shows no miner wants to lose workers when miners are in tight supply. Harte will definitely lose a number of miners , as these workers start to head home.
