What I read in the release…
The new Australian company has bought the rights to Harte's holdings and debt and contracts for the exact amount of Harte's debt owed to creditors...what will happen now is that they will close the book on Harte and take over their entire project for nothing. Australian Minning cos are really taking a bite into Canada and have some real questionable minning practices...ask anyone who worked at newmont. Gigs up guys. They just put it In Writing as it said in plain English ...."any fool with shares in this company prepare yourself to be tossed out pennyless, we are not here to help you just here to see maximum reaping of sugar zone mine and surrounding area" let me know if I missed something

I think you're spot on with what the plan is but I wonder about execution. 1) after blocking the Chinese mine take over in the North with Canada let ownership go to a foreign entity? 2) Is New Gold willing to just give up 20m?
