huge on HRT, recovery no more than $48mm. The French get their gold and Silverlake got the mine.

I guess New Gold is out 25 million as well.Do you think with the shares they own and the shares Appian owns that are next to worthless that they will just roll over.Yes, Appian will get their loan money but a huge loss otherwise.If the court approves the company will be up for sale,open to bids.No guarantee Silver Lake will be the successful bidder.

I studied HRT and followed company for few years but never pulled trigger on opening a long position so i am glad to say i didnt lose on this one but market has schooled me in hard knocks elsewhere over time so i am not gloating and do feel for all HRT shareholders that lost money right before the holiday.
