Employees

One thing to consider is the number of employees Harte Gold has and what affect  these proceedings will have on overall morale. What happens if many decide to jump ship?.I guess none of that matters to shareholders anymore who are at this point in complete limbo.May as well just shutter the place as far as I'm concerned. All the the investors over the years holding the company up get nothing. That does not sit well with a lot of people. There are lots of other mining jobs in the area for workers to go to.No shortage of jobs.If shareholders get nothing then nobody should get anything.White knight, white knight come out of the night.Save us all from this terrible plight.

It's my understanding those employees are staying in housing provided for by the company. All this is headed down a costly, dark, ugly path where there is no turning back. A seamless transition could have been made had New Gold taken over the assets while the operation was producing but for whatever rerason that did not happen.

There is so much you are unaware of Buford.Yes,the company provides housing.A work camp located in White River. The mine is producing. The wheels have not stopped turning and there are no locks on the doors. No transition is going to be seamless. There will be twists and turns and bumps in the road.

See all employees will get vacation pay on Dec.15. There are 260 on payroll plus 19 contractors. Anyway,Homestone what is the talk in WR where there must be many shareholders. Believe this would be the second time around for some of them.

Lots of disbelief and disappointment by those who have been supportive of this venture from the start. Employees who bought into the company especially.Life goes on but this sucks for many big time.Myself and other family members included. The sun is shining and there is no wind.Perfect day to get out and do some snowshoeing.Clear the head. What else can a poor boy do? Cheers
