Debt offering

For these kind of large amount debt offerings, you bet the ones lending money will be offered sweet deals. The scary part is if they price in low share price and the acquirers of these shares can short the hell out of the stock price if the opportunity presents itself because they can always use the offered shares to cover their short position. Does not matter if Bitcoin price goes up and up, that is what counts.

Exactly, that was my point. Too many odd things are being strung together. 1) PP that was announced a couple of months ago when the share price surged to $8 soon to be shorted into to bring it into PP alignment along with Wts. 2) Bitfury's desperate exodus (regardless of the reason) 3) Fluff announcement by Jaime to appease the masses before the bombshell of this prospectus ...more
