.63 will be done soon

Deal is $19 M for 50M DVA shares. The market cap for DVA has maxed out between $18-$19M per the deal which equates to 29,750,000 HVT shares worth .63. (HVT acquires 50,000,000 DVA shares for .595 HVT shares). Long story short there is a big chunk of HVT shares (just under 30M) that is .63 per the acquisition terms. When deal is finalized this downdraft should be done.
