HW shareholder question

With the TSX delisting HW after today, what happens to shareholders...are we wiped out ??

TSx is not delisting just replacing HW in the index which means there are 2.1 mln shares for sale today BY INDEX FUNDSwhy cant they wait until monday to release this announcementalso with a dividend cut to zero  dividend funds are forced to sell.......
