If the price of oil at mid 90' $ doesn't fire them up then the future certainly looks bleak. Nothing out of the company what so ever.

Issue is on Mexico side. The deal is too good to walk away from. Waited this long, might as well relax and let it happpen. Price of oil might fire them up down there.
