Let's hope so....trying to develop projects in countries with poor business standards....corruption, and general lack of financial responsibility may be OK for well established giants but for little guys like IFR they will always be at a disadvantage.   TUF ( precious metals--not oil and gas )  found that out with their foray into Chile  ...absolutely dimb move to set up in a country that believes in nationalizing their resources. They paid the price with their share reveral also. After that was done stock lost two thirds of its value.
