If everyone sells after RTO, what happens? Does the SP crash?

That's true but the whole point of the RTO is another company is going to be behind this ticker and other people will want to buy in. If the RTO goes through it will spike to the RTO price and it could keep going up like VREO did or it could sell off, but it would bounce back somewhat if it did selloff.

Okay got that. Also how does one decide the final SP after RTO, can we just assume this will follow VREO steps?

Hard to say because every company is different, and the fact that GBI is a private company it's hard to tell what their valued at. IGNG has 38.5m outstanding shares and VREO has 110m. If GBI were to be valued at the same price as VREO, the shares of IGNG (GBI) would be around $14.00 to get the market cap equal to VREO. But like i said we dont know what GBI is valued at so its hard to say what ...more

Thaiberd I'm not completely sure of the VREO rto. So VREO did a rto of another company, correct. Looking at the charts it doesn't show the past sp of the previous company, so what was the sp of the other company at the time of the switch over? And why doesn't it show the past sp anymore?
