Big Buyer active

the last few weeks a solid big bid is sucking up all the sell orders and dumps. Todat the stock dropped to 3.40 USD and immediately the 100k bidder was there sucking up the shares until it reached 3.60.

so...what does this mean:

1) hedge fund buying?

2) hostile take over?

3) big private buyer?

Maybe somebody wants a position but it's still a tiny fraction of the total shares, I don't see any reason to jump to extreme conclusions.

The stock has shown increased activity in the run-up to milestones in the past, some strongish moves on data readouts that got squished by the actual data. What did Fred say about basted trial data and fda talks, any tighter target dates than in the company presentation?

this big bidder certainly gives me confidence... next month they will meet with the FDA and basket trial data coming... lots of news!

spoke to my house broker and indeed, an institution is buying up shares of IMV the last few weeks. The company knows he said. We can expect a filling soon... who's is it gonna be!

Yes, can you clarify what you mean here?  Do you mean that you think a specific fund is taking a position in IMV currently and will then have to file notice that they've done so?

yes indeed! My broker alerted me that the past few weeks a large buyer was active in IMV. I reached out to IMV to confront then and to ask them if they knew who was buying.. The response was: Yes They didn't give the name but it is an institutional investor. SO VERY GOOD NEWS!!!!
