3Q fin call s/b 2nd week of Nov.
Followed by just-announced spec mtg on dec7.

if any posters have seen this situation before (ie, as investor in struggling, early-stage biotech that appears to be on edge of extinction), kindly advise what this spec mtg could entail. Negative and positive scenarios welcome...
