Watching and waiting to

Watching and waiting toSee where my entry point for this tech company will be,since it went public last week at a price of $22.00 per share.Would anyone be able to tell me if its stock is a good one or not.It's been around for years as a private company and its clients are all big corporations like the magnificent 7 group,and it is based on California.The guy running it is Paul Bay and  it is and has offices worldwide,so that some of you young guys out there with computer sciences know how would be willing to give me some opinions about this stock.
